Get the mole skin. I got it done without it and it scratched. I then took the tint off.

+1 on doing the moleskin yourself, it really isn't that hard. I did it using Taco Bills write up and had no problem.

However, I would look into another shop for the tint, you should be able to do better on price.

dude i dont have moleskin is and i have had my tint for over a month and not one scratch.

Anyone on here know about Maryland's tint law's? Can they pull you over for it? Or, will the only cite you for it if you get pulled over for something else?

i got my car tinted. no moleskin came with it. the tints are ruined.

Mine scratched the next day horrible. First time windows went down.
Installer said my car was dirty and that caused it!
My car is spotless and alwaysis! Day before - it got three coats on wax on top of two coats of Klasse..

Definitely get the moleskin or felt. My tint lasted about 2 days. Put a piece of felt on & had windows re-done, no problems. $10.00 for felt $160.00 for tint.
