Has any one had prior experiance with discont tire im looking at some replica alloys 18x9,18x10 GTR any one has these wheels on are they heavy, do they balance wheel, do they ship fast any hidden charges looking for input.thanks.

i live in phoenix,so i have a store i always deal withand don't have to mail order.i have had excellent care.if i can't get what i want from them,i use tire rack.again excellent.discount has stores about everywhere,unless your in the northeast.

Iordered mine directly from GT-R two days ago. They gave me the same price over the phone as their ebay auction. They told me they were in stock so I should have themtomorrow or Monday.

i work at discount tire.. for a year now.. not sayin this bc i work there.. but i recomend them allll day long.. they will try there best to beat competitors prices.. and they are the only ones that offer a thing call warranty/certificates for free replacemtent.. i bougth these for my tires just a month ago, and i got a flat earlier this week and developed a heat ring, and my manager ordered me a new tire no questions asked.. normally between 10-18 extra per tire.. but its well worth it..

you will un doughtedly have a great experience with them.. i work in central florida.. but same policies for all 700+ stores.

if you have any questions, PM.. also, a quick note, places like tire kingdom work off comission, we do not.. this is to ensure our customers that we arent offering a product bc of the money we get in return, but for safety and quality and such..

just thought id let you know.. and i have done two sets of wheels/tires with them.. some for my old 06 f150 and now the bullits for my 07 stang

Okay, so I was confused. You were asking about Replica (brand) GT-R (model) wheels and I thought you were talking about CT-R (brand) GT40 replica wheels. Sorry for the confusion. Discount tires sells good stuff at great prices. They would not sell an inferior product due to liability issues so you can be confident you will be getting quality stuff from Discount Tire (or Tire Rack).

I went with the CT-R wheels because I am planning on installing GT500 Brembo front brakes and I understand they will work with CT-R wheels.
