Take will teach you to bring the word GT500 on a mustang forums.
It's a very taboo subject.

heyI have no control on the price they decide to charge. I thought I would give the guys on here first chance, since everyone on here are true mustang fans. I guess I was too naive to think some one in the Philadelphia area would be excited to know they be able to get one. The demand here is high for the car, andIunderstand there is also different demands in different parts of the country. I never looked at pricing for these cars, so I don't know if this is high or low, because they have always sold quick at my dealership for this price. But I see what everyone's thoughts are. So don't worry, I don't wish not to offend anyone and I will not put up any more post like this.

I work fora Ford dealership right outside Philadelphia, and we just got allocated our first 2008 GT500. We are taking a $5000 non-refundable deposit on the vehicle.I thought I would give the guys on here the firstchance to get one. As far as price the dealership is asking $20,000 over MSRP on this car. Since we just got allocated today, we can still change colors and options on the car. We are only allocated one right now and once we get a deposit thats it for a couple months. Serious inquires only. The best way to reach me is to PM me and I will let you know what dealership and all the specifics, so you know this is legit. Don't wait or you will miss out.

ya i just checked the classified section over there. couldnt find the ad again, but i didnt look around for it. there system displays the top 5 newest ad's and then when they get pushed down the list they go into different sections. i checked the vehicle section but didnt find it. didnt check other sections. im guessing that he closed the ad, you can do that there too. i love how the ad he put here is identical too, it says that he'd give us a chance first! lol!!! that's sales talk for ya. what an a-hole!

Wow...$20K over MSRP...yikes.
The red GT500 at the Ford dealer in Paducah, KY is priced at $15K over MSRP. They had a white Roush 427R, red GT500 and black Shelby GT parked on display. I really liked the 427R. These photos suck but all I had was my phone.

Yes, good call. Advertise how badly you want to rip off the mustang community with your bull**** 20k over sticker and act all holy like you are giving up this great first-opportunity "deal".

Did you expect us to be gratefull to you for that?

......

/rantoff.

I apologize to everyone else that had to read that. I get infuriated at the way these dealerships try to take advantage of people.
