Default noise violation?

anyone in michigan or anywhere i guesshave any troubles with bolt on exhaust and cops giving you tickets for being too loud? Im about to get stingers and the pypes H butim concerned about cops hassling me.

I live in Michigan. I got pulled over in my old Firebird (with flowmasters) twice.
Cops never said anything. You'll be alright.

They know what these cars are supposed to sound like, don't worry about that. But that don't mean it's ok to just rev it up in front of them to bring attention to yourself.

You should be fine California is the only State that the Stingers do not meet the sound DB requirement . I was very worried about it when i installed them on my car. But they really are not that loud not sure why they do not meet the db standards.. They sound good, NOT loud and obnoxious.

You should be fine I live in California and drive by a Police Station every day. Never gotten pulled over for my car sounding too loud.
