Looking for a new magazine to subscribe to
Looking for some input on which mustang magazine provides the most coverage of the 05+ mustang. I want to subscribe to one that will provide me with the most info pertaining to my generation. Thanks

5.0 mustang mag, or mm&ff would be the best. modified mustang mag is good too but they focus on mustangs in general where as the other two focus more o n s197's. all three are great imo tho.

5.0 is a good mag, but for their thorough reporting on all things good(and bad) about Mustangs, it's really hard to beat MM&FF(maybe I'm biased, as I've been a subscriber for over 12 years). MM&FF is doing a story on an auto S197 GT called project M.I.L.F(Mustang I'd Like to Flog) and they've pretty much thrown the entire FRPP catalog at it. It has the lowering kit, exhaust and FRPP/Whipple S/C. They actually reported only making 335rwhp(after the blower install), which seem low to me, and in this month's issue reported a faulty alternator was the culprit(sending low voltage to thefuel pump, resulting in pump working at partial capacity). It picked up 50rwhp(to 385) after the new alternator & re-tune. That, to me, is thorough reporting and I don't necessarily take their word as the last word in all things Mustang, but I enjoy reading and their tech articles, editorials and event coverage(which is better than anyone else's) is always well written and covered. Yes, they're pricey(I got two years for $39.97), but they, to me, are worth keeping for future reference(I get rid of all my other mags).

they really need to come out with a mag for just the S197. Not to dis the previous models, but things are so different with the latest model Mustang that it makes reading about a lot of fixes, mods irrelevant.
Plus then we wouldn't have to look at those old, ugly dashes! JK! You know what I mean!
