how would she look with black FRC500 wheels
hey, this is my mom's 05 mustang.
after getting hit by another motorist we hooked her up with the Cervinis kit, keeping the stock grille and wing, cuz my mom is a picky PITA... well, I cant stand the look of the body kit with the stock wheels so I was wondering how a set of black FRC500 18 inch wheels would look on her. what backspacing would we need and all that, also, what is the widest tire we can run on the back?
its a 5spd, with only the side exhaust and the flow thru mufflers... the rest of the car is stock... for now...
also, what are a good alternative to Pirelli tires, I was thinking a set of BFG tires... we dont need DRs or anything crazy, cuz my mom doesnt race this thing, and if I did, she would kill me...
thanks

the rims will definately help on a car with that kind of body kit...also, as far as the "lil billit doodads", dont forget, there is a fine line between still looking good and just plain ghetto. have fun and be careful

I'm already got her billit door lock pins, I'm gonna get her the heater *****, and maybe one or two other little things... nothing too over the top, just enough to add a little flair to the cabin

Any wider 18-20" rimwould look better than the stockers(as long as they're not ghetto). The FR500 would look great, some deep dish bullitts would also look hot, as well as what Cervini's puts on their C-300/C500 Eleanor replicas.

btw, sweet '86 LX5.0L t-top(talk about a sleeper!). Looks like the '86 LX 5.0L that kicked Chevy's L48(5.7L) '86 Z-28 *** in a Car & Driver article back in the day. That's a real keeper!
