dont forget about your tranny and brakes. the trans wont last long with that amount of power. along with with your driveshaft. hopefully you already have a completely new suspension.

It's only ok if you plan on spending that same type of money on something she likes. Sorry guys but I am taking the other position. While I myself have purchased many things prior to telling the wife. I have always told her after the fact and then let her get what ever she wants or get her something on my own.

It is easier to ask for forgiveness however than to ask permission.

And yes Adults have to ask permission when they respect their spouse. How would you react if your wife went out and spent 10k on a diamond ring or necklacewithout telling you?
