Pretty sure he ain't gonna turn them on when going to the grocery store...maybe cruising the strip or on the way out to party. Chicks luv stuff like that and if your single and want the attention of the ladies go for it. Just wouldn't make it too bright so it looks like the Vegas strip. Along with attracting the chicks you will also attract the cops.
