Default Shelby GT Mustang

Well my family owns an Auto Body Shop, so i work there alot, blah blah im 17. Well we just got a 07 Shelby GT Mustang in. Im gonna take it for a drive once we give it new rims and tires, cause they are ruined, also gotta fix the back left quarter pannel. Anyways, how much HP does this car have? and like whats the expectations when i drive it compared to the other plain on GT mustang we have(05)

The Customer is my dads friend, so yea he said we could drive it. And at our shop, we take cars for test drives once we do anything with the tires, suspension or small motor work that sometimes goes along with Front end damage.

It will be slighly faster than a stock GT, about as fast as a stock GT with an intake and tune. You'll probably enjoy shifting a little more on the Shelby thanks to the Hurst shifter.

yeah pretty much its just a GT with a tune, frpp intake, and a strut tower brace. they do look awesome but NOT worth the money. i saw about 3 of them yesterday at a car show in GA. i think it has exaust too if im not mistaken.

Shelby GT's have the FRPP X-pipe and the FRPP/Borla stinger mufflers. I'm not sure what suspension bits are different between a regular GT and the Shelby, I thought I heard that they came with the FRPP handling pack too.
