Supercharger or commuter car

RE: Supercharger or commuter car
You could get the saleen package save about 650 more since installation is only 650 with brenspeed. Then when you look at it 26x2=52 miles a day in a week idk you work weekends but lets say you dont thats 260 a week, 1040 a month and 12,480 a year without your days off and errands and trips you want to do. Now add more gas per month since you will be using that power one or twice per day prob much more. In the end though Id rather drive all those miles supercharged then drive less miles bolt on'ed.

RE: Supercharger or commuter car
I'm very fortunate that I have both but would recommend the commuter car first. I use the commuter car for driving back and forth to work, rainy days and in my case snow and crappy weather in the winter time. I like the idea that I don't have to have it sitting in a parking lot all day getting door dings or just getting dusty/dirty. But still have the option to drive it when ever I want as well. Just my opinion though.

Funny thing is...I have a daily driver that I NEVEEEER drive cuz the Stang is just a blast to drive. I work about 46 miles away and do that at least 6x a week.

Well I was leaning towards the beater car.I do drive the shiznit out of the stang on the weekends. After all how can you not? I also only work 4 days per week and would take the stang one of those days. I could also probably get the super charger around Feb when taxes come in???
It would be nice to not drive it when it rainsalso. I ask this because I plan on never getting rid of the car, just adding to the fleet later in life and want to keep it looking new.
On a side note my girlfriend has a Mercedes SLK350 and thinks she can take me....crazy women
Ok I just saw her car is 3300 pounds with 268 HP. hmmmmmm

commuter car - first. that way you not only drive the Stang WHEN you want, you can take your time on special upgrade projects on the stang without time pressure (The Stang can be a driveway queen)
