It isn't that the Nittos are small, its that 285/40/18's are shorter and wider, than those 295/45/18's in the pic.

By small I mean narrow, Nittos 295s look like other companies 275s.

Well, I don't know about that, but whatever...

Try to find a tire company that makes a 295 (or wider) tire that is 45x18 ! Lot's of them at 35x18 but then that is too short of a sidewall for me. I like rubber.
