NOT ALWAYS W/ THE S/C.... you can lose some boost from what I've read due to a drop in back pressure....

That's a nice ride. I'd definately get the Long tubes and cats to open that choke hold up. The boost would work better for you. The brakes, etc.. would be next. The accleration increase on my friends N/A stang was crazy. I can imagine with boost.
