Default Expensive Oil,tranny,gear fluid change.

Just changed over to royal purple.Full synthetic oil, Tranny Fluid Synchromax, MaxGear Oil., Cost for the fluids was 129.00, and the guy at the dealer put it all in for 50 bucks.

Fluids changed 180.00 The gear oil and tranny fluid will be in there awhile so I guess its not too bad.

Picked it up? You let someone else drive your stang?
What did the data recorder say after you got it back?
Did they give you a free hat with "stupid" on it?
What kind of lube did they use when they bent you
over? What were you thinking? No one drives
my stang. No one but me, period.

It really irks me when I hear of people letting the Stealership
get ahold of their ride. Horror stories is all that I have heard
about that subject. A performance muscle car in the hands
of someone who does not have and cannot afford sounds
like a kid in a candy shop. Ferris Buler anyone?

Well royal purple said it's a 5-15hp gain after switching over to all there lubes. That was also in a truck... But at least you know you got some good lube in there?? or do you??

Yea, they could have just said it was done. What proof do you
have that they actually did anything but cash your check and
joyride the hell out of your stang? Did you at least note the
milage when it disappeared out of view at the hands of others?[:@]

I was nervous just waiting inside the dealership talking to the owner when i had my car being inspected. But luckily they didn't even do anything with it just slap'd a new tag on it since my mileage was so low, but yeah no one drives my car except me unless it never leaves my sight at like the dealership.

If I don't have time to change my oil and take it some place I drive it into the stall and then I watch them poor the RP in. I don't trust smucks anywhere. It's so easy to just swap it out and for them to keep the lubes. No thanks. At 7 bucks a quart, i'm being safe.
