and if so, how did you put it on. it says in the instructions to buy a tube of something and you need suction cup clamps and everything... i was wondering if i could just use leftover 3m double sided tape? any help would be appreciated . thanks

i know. theyre probably the sameinstructions that came with them. so then thats the ONLY way to do it?? i cant stickthem on with double sided tape, it seems to me by looking at the back that it would work that way too.

Yeah, I used to have them on. I tried with 3M tape at first, no good. However, I believe BeeStang has his put on with 3M, so you may want to PM him and ask....
I bought a tube of Welders Adhesive at Lowes, goes on like caulking. Put the louvers in place, taped the hell out of them with masking tape, and let them sit for about 24 hours. Never had an issue with them going anywhere.....

Yes, I have them and used 3M tape. I had to double the tape thickness in order for it to work. I have noticed lately that a few spots have started to lift up and I will have to re-tape again. I did not want to use the adhesive as I thought it would be way to permanet.
