Does anyone know how wide they are, and what is the gap in the middle

The GT500's stripes are 10" wide with a 2" gap. That's how I did mine, I htought it was the best look.

i put mine 10 inch wide and 1 1/2 inch gap. i personally think that 2 inches look too apart and 1 inch looks too close together. 1 1/2 looks good from both far and close.............. for my taste

Real Shelby stripes are 10 1/2" at the top of the hood tapering down to 9 1/4" at the bottom of the front bumper, 10 1/2" at the front windshield going to 10 3/8" at the back of the roof, 10 1/8" at the base of the rear windowgoing to 10" at the bottom of the rear bumper. There is a constant 2" gap between them.
These are the dimentions for '65 and '66 Shelby's. Hope this helps.

yea i couldnt find it, i was looking for the one on the 2007 shelby gt 500

really hard for me man. i did 2-3 hours a day and it took me a whole week. for others here they did it really fast in like 5 hours or so..... it depends on your skills on sticking vinyl
