If you have to get a retune for something else then i would have him retune it for the gears though!

Breenspeed , My auto runs so much better with the tune than stock, I have 285/40/18 Bfg kdw2 and can bark 2nd and 3rd with their tune.

So, let's just say you have narrowed it down to B A M A or Brenspeed........what should be the deciding factor? Customer service or quality of tune?? In regards to the automatic transmission, of course.........

I'd go customer service, but for me now it wouldnt matter to have to wait for support since I have a tune loaded.
