Hood pins with carbon fiber hood?

Hood pins with carbon fiber hood?
I just purchased a carbon fiber (seibon ss style) hood and was wondering if they require hood pins like fiberglass hoods? Every picture I've seen of them installed have no hood pins installed.
If no one here has any experience with them I'll just give Seibon a call when I'm ready to install it and see what they recommend.
