does that take away from it being a car you'd pick up a date in?

i mean, if you're going somewhere fancy and you've got a mustang with a giant cowl hood on, doesn't that look sort of tacky? stock, our cars are kind of classy but when you start throwing on all sorts of mods, do you generally feel like you should have taken the sedan (lol) instead?

just trying to get over my fear of ordering the cervini's C300 hood since this is my only car.

Ha I like the sleeveless comment. I ran into this just the other day. The girl I was seeing at the time asked what are those things comming out of the hood (Hood pins) I explained and she still didnt get it. She like the overall look but didnt like the lanyards. I currently took them off for awhile. She has a Mercedes SLK and Range Rover so she likes the luxury stuff. I take the Honda on dates now so women think I have a POS!!

i guess that's what i'm sort of worried about but a couple of women i am talking to are car buffs as well so they appreciate what i have. it's just hard when you're trying to be all swanky and pulling up in a muscle car. [sm=gears.gif]

You cant please everyone. Do what you like and go with it. She tells me that she likes my car more than all the Beamers and other luxury cars that are around here because its different. She just didnt get the lanyards.

bro.. i think it would make it that much more bad ***.. specially if its loud.. omg.. alot of girls ive been with, talked to, etc. and been in my car, get wet over the car and driving kina fast and what not.. well that was just one girl.. but still..

i think it turns a girl on when you drive a stick, loud (deep loud, not fart can loud.. ) and lookin good.. meanin wheels (chrome or whatever), body kit, a hood would be fckin sick IMO..

and the dousch bags that see you pull up and are like .. OMG.. THAT KID DOESNT NOT BELONG HERE.. FCK em man.. they just envy your bad ***-ness.. lol
