Anybody with 4.30 or 4.56 gears?
I'm looking for input from any drivers with 4.30s or 4.56s installed on their s197 GT. I like 0 to 60 acceleration and cruise highway 80-85 mph max. I'm getting 4.10s in a couple weeks and there might be a 6 speed transmission later down the road, so I am asking for people's experiences with these rear-end ratios. Thanks.

I would think with a 6 speed it would work.....not the 5 speed though......too high rpm for cruising if you have any exhaust changes really

I wouldnt go more than 4.30's. They should be plenty, any more and it will become a PIA to drive. Youll be starting in 2nd all the time.
