Anyone who considers themself a Democrat or a Republican is just one of many punchlines in the joke that is the two party system.
Oh, and most people generalize mustang owners as ********, which I am, so I own up to the stereotype.

That would be me lol. I'm independent though, not lib. [sm=hiya.gif]

One thing I like about this forum is that it's not overly-moderated; people are pretty much free to speak their mind which, in part, is what the internet is about.

Lol. I should have mentioned that despite being an independent atheist, I love America, especially what the founding fathers stood for, and would love to see her returned to what she was envisioned to be.

And yes, it's all in good fun, but most people really do think that guys who drive stangs are ********. I even had a good friend of mine tell me that before he met me, he assumed I was an ******* because I drove a stang.

I own a 93 40th Anniversary Vette and an 07 Stang GT, don't use Viagra, don;t have erectile disfunction. Do like muscle cars, family, friends, god and country. Work hard, Playhard and Drive hard.(Both on the road and the bedroom)

Well I remember, in the 80's and 90's, in Jersey, it was always the Fox body driving kids , rocker types, blasting Metallica, and putting on their latest bolt ons in the driveway, always talking cars, so the Mustang owners were the hardcore, gearhead types.

While the Camaro IROC / Trans Am GTA Guidos were cruising around, playing the latest freestyle or house club music, cruising around for "Guidettes", with thier cars having the latest, tacky lighting, etc...
And not an import ricer to be found !(as far as one even trying to be remotely cool, anyway)

And the Vettes were untouchable, usually the kid with well off parents, or the "older" guy who could finally afford one at his point in life.

So Mustang people, were walways the more tried and true car people, working class!

Although now, its quite a mixed group. I'm now I'm a former Mopar muscle guy,(now too expensive), who now has his first Mustang, after owning 3 Vettes by age 39!

The Vette crew is varied, I hate the vain, middle age, compensating for something, "Viagra" stereotype. Most Vette owners I know vary greatly in age, and are really car fanatics, not just trying to look good in a car. Also, you don't have to have alot of $$ to own one! ( Well, not a new one, anyway!)
