Any Jersey Stangers have tinted windows. Thinking about getting mine done but not interested in the police hassle. So...do they really enforce the "no tint" law here in Jersey?

Hey stanngg, I am in north jersey and I also have g/o and 20% tint. Never been bothered.

Yes. I had 50% tint!! Most people would call that a bad glare and not even tint. I took it off and put on the front plate and now i dont get stopped. Sucks but at least now iam not looking over my shoulder thinking if hes going to pull me over. I can freely pass a parade of cops feeling safe. I made it 5 months with no plate and 3 months with tint. Now at 1 year iam plated and tintless.

Yeah...I just moved from Phila to Jersey. Phila allows full tint and one back plate. Can't beat that! Can't say I'm diggin these Jersey laws....

i got 15% all around..5% on top of windshield and dont ever get bothered..it depends where you go tho..i know what towns enforce it and when i go thru them i roll my windows down even at night....other towns like mine could care less...if you see a patrol car coming up waiting for a speeder just roll your windows down until you pass him...ive had tinted windows in njfor 9 years and have been pulled over twice for them....not that bad if you ask me..and its not a moving violation so you can just pay it online for $45....only catch is inspection..but these cars are good for 4 yrs in nj and if u know someone youll be ok as long as your emissions is good
