Default Centerforce Dual Friction/AL flywheel ?'s

Anyone else here have one? I am having some problems with mine not going into gear easily. I mean sometimes I have to turn the car off to go into reverse!!! I took it to the local performance shop who specializes in Mustangs, and he said it needs a shim behind the throwout bearing (this is coming straight from Centerforce). He's also going to throw a new throwout bearing in it as long as it's out. Think this will decrease pedal effort, because now, it's significantly harder than stock! Also, been thinking about doing an AL flywheel as long as it's in there, and recommendations of which one, and where the best price is??

I had horrible clutch problems, sometimes like you describe. I also had to pull the shifter out of gear sometimes while driving since clutching didnt do it. Anyways, Ford scr*wed me and I had to buy a whole new clutch. BUt after further research and help from people, I believe it was just a throwout bearing issue.

In the end, however, I didn't help you at all. And thats what counts.
