Yah kinda looked like mine when I was running Nitrous without changing to a colder plug (still under the requirement based on shot I was running). Do you have a tune on your car?

Hey get it checked. It looks like it's nitrous related. The plug is to hot for your tune and the nitrous. Custom tunes that are not designed for nitrous can cause serious problems (detonation after prolonged spraying). You may need to go to HTO plugs also (talk to you tuner). Jegs has them in stock or did last tie I bought some. Stay away from the Brisk plugs, I had a bad experience with them.

The reason I think its the nitrous is the damage on the strap. Check out the sticky under pipes, boost, and juice. The long strap can be a problem. When you spray to long and the tune isn't correct or the plug isn't correct the strap will over heat and cause detonation. By the looks of those straps you may already be experiencing some.

so a colder plug will do the trick, thanks. That is funny Zex says the factory plug would work perfect.

Yah I just checked my paperwork, the factory plug is good up to a 75 shot. If your running a 100 shot the plug is too hot. You're lucky you didn't detonate. You may want to have your cylinder compression checked before you spray agian.

He's lucky he has not grenaded his motor based on the sad condition of those plugs. That was some serious detonation going on to completely burn off the ground strap of the plugs.
