Yeah I did notive there was a collection of dirt in the little crevasses for the coils I think it was. Unsure of how to get rid of that.

I have never once had to wash the engine compartment of my Mustang. Since day one i have made a habbit of wiping the engine compartment down with a damp micro-fiber towel each time i wash the car. I think it has really paid off...

I wipe it down when I wash the outside... then use ICE

I use air pressure to blow the dust and dirt from all of the crevices in the engine bay. I then wipe the engine down with a cleaner.

The thing is where I live it is very dirty all year around. If I wash my car let is sit and it rains there will be dirty water marks. Everytime it rains I have to wash my car. But I have never cleaned my engine bay until now. the difference was amazing

2005 3850 miles never in the rain,,, washing bay is a paper towel and windex! [8D]
