I'm just glad to see aresponsible young crowd driving Mustangs no matter what. The passion is strong. I sense that, in a way, the Stang forces you to get a good job or at least land on one.
It will pay double later...

Full time work here and part time school
stang payment 605-- I dont know how you guys payments are less than mine but again my loan term is not that long
insurance with parent-- hehe its cheaper but I pay whatever increase is
with my job we have a family business and I run pretty much the day to day ops of the business on top of meeting with prospected customer for estimates I work about 50+ hours a week so I dont get to drive the mustang until the weekends. with school I have to take online classes due to my schedule. so I think school plus work is doable as long as you are willing to commit to both

I teach college full time and am back in school taking some graduate level microbiology courses. I also work about 20 hours per week in medical forensics (have pathology degree). It's rough working so much and studying a lot. I have a modest car note but pay for the mods as I go.

We paid less than you. Plus I financed mine for 6 years and pay $370 per month with $67 per month for insurance.

i make a 297 a month payment, with 50 a month for insurance. I'm a grad teaching assistant so I don't make terrible money and my rent is cheap as hell.

First off if you are an undergrad you should focus on school, and make sure you can afford it before you try, you don't want to get stuck with a payment you can't afford when you are already swamped with school responsibilities.

I go to school full time, I had to work 3 jobs Over 75 Hours a week to pay for 525$ for the stang, and my 450+ insurance ( SR22 insurance Florida) ... if I didn't have my parents and my brother this year, I am working a part time job now with the help of my partents and family... the Stang is a big part of my life. PS... I lost a year of school because I was over worked... I will never put another car payment over my head if I don't make 5X more then the car payment.
