RE: 05 GT owner's
Earl and Beckoff,
You both have beautiful cars...
I'm trying to find one like I want for my 50th b'day....not much luck, gonna end up ordering one.....talked to a Ford dealership today and they said there's 70,000(!) on backorder for the '05 GT's!! I don't know if he's pulling my leg or not! They're so high in demand!
I'm in GA!

I thought spinners were like Spreewells, not pinwheels. Dont spinner rims cost a pretty penny?
Go through the "Ghetto" and you might actually see real spinners. BUt yea those are pretty "retro"
(god i hate ford for this retro crap, im not saying i dont like the new gt but if they hadnt done the thunderbird (joke by the way) first this wouldnt seem like such a marketing scam in ways. even the 150,000 dollar car is.....retro)

Get used to it
There are alot of 40+ year old drivers that like to think back on the cars of our youth but don't want the hassle of maintenance on a vehicle with over 500,000 miles on it. The past is the wave of the future - whether it be Viper, Panther, Prowler, 'Stang, T-Bird, VW Beetle, Mini, or GT40 - what was once old is new again.
Look for more of it with future 'vettes, camaro's and firebirds.
GM was slow to come to the party but they can't deny the numbers - besides the GTO from a cosmetic and aesthetic standpoint, isn't even worthy of the name. Looks like a (take your pick) 80s, 90s, or 00's Grand Prix on automotive growth hormone.
