GEAR QUESTION!!!.. fast

hey guys... buddy of mine posted a bulletin on myspace sayin he just got brand new motive 4.10's but is selling them (BNIB) for 3.73

wants to sell for 140.. is that good price>?.. and arnt the motive the ones that whine?

"and arnt the motive the ones that whine?" ...that's whatI keep reading out here. I wouldn't do it... waiting until I can be assured of no whine (right gears, right installer)

Offer him $100 and take em. It is a possibility that they will whine. Find a good installer.

Most gears on these cars will whine, The setup is difficult. You run the risk of whine no matter who's gears you use. Very few of us have perfectly quiet gears, I'm not one of them...........
