Everytime someone comes up with an idea, you people say its impossible and you only call them a retard or laugh at them. I was just asking what would I have to do without changing cars because I know mustangs are extremely potent cars even with small upgrades or simple tunes.

here is one posibility
5.0 stroker kit forged
8:1 compression
2.8L KB 15-20PSI
Larger heat exchanger for the intercooler
MSD COP's
P/P heads
full exhaust
and a few more things
this'll cost you some big money as from what I hear the pistons for 800-1000 HP cost around 2K

I honestly dont think the block will hold up for any length of time.....that is why the GT500 motor would be a better starting point.....you might just want to get one of those

Ok, instead of getting a gt500 can I just get the block? Where could I find one of those because I doubt anybody crashed their gt500 yet?

Yes I had it repainted in orange. BTW I've seen this done before and they dont have to get a new engine. I really dont care what the costs are because I got 75,000 for mods and I wanted to use it on the mustang. Why would I want a GT500(no offense to any gt500 owners out ther because I still think its a hell of a car)? It's heavier and when I want to go fast I have 300 extra pounds to move around.
I think u're still joking right? lol .... the shelby ALREADY has forged internals and better block, more displacement and 1 more exhaust valve, the newest version of the T56 tranny etc etc etc. The shelby is a perfect car to start from if you still want the S197 looks.

And yes, mustangs are "ok" for bolting in performance, but one thing is having 450 rwhp and another thing is having 800+rwhp as u're looking for. (940 crank hp)

I wouldn't call what I did to my GT a mistake but be ready to spend to whole 75k with time. I blew 2 engines in my GT. The second time was with forged internals at 10 psi.
You can buy the 5.4L with the eaton blower from Ford. It's around 15K. Once you swap that and put a new tranny and various supporting mods, your car will probably be heavier than a GT500.

whats the point in starting with a GT if you're going to end up swaping all the components the GT500 already has? or most of them ?

The 4.6 block is strong enough. Here's one that is very close:
