did you remove the little clips
I remember from someones post that ford puts on these little clips on upto 3 lug bolts per wheel and if you don't remove them then you'll be unbalanced
Yeah, i've heard that to. What I heard was that on each wheel on a certain lugnut bolt that there is a plastic retainer type clip that goes over that one bolt. It was supposed to hold the brake assembly as it came down the assembly line at the factory. That plastic ring has been known to cause vibration issue with certain aftermarket wheels if it is not taken off.

Your swaybars won`t make any difference at all. And unless you are changing sways for a specific reason they may not even help your handling.

Pull the front wheels/tires off and do a thorough visual exam. Run your hand around the diameter to see if you feel any lumps or dips that may be signs of a broken belt. If you can`t find anything then take them down to a local tire joint and have them spin balanced.

The major focal point here is have the tires rebalanced. I have had tires balanced and had to take them back almost immediately because they were not done properly. When you do things on your own, fix one item completely, before going on to the next. Tearing apart more items just broadens the items that need to be checked and debugged to get it fixed right.

Look at the pics (post #19) and make sure you have eliminated that problem....
