how important is it to re-oil your intake?

how important is it and how often should it be done?

i take it you mean your air filter on your CAI? dont re-oil it, that will kill your MAF. when it gets dirty (bout 15-20k miles) you can clean it and then re oil it, (once it dries)

or just buy a new filter.. they arent that expensive =x(If you have a CAI)

if you do that, you might as well buy an amsoil filter so you never have to oil it, just vacuum it off and you're good to go.

re-oiling is tricky.
try a prefilter made of foam or pantyhose.
try the search feature.
