The racer is going to feed more air. More air = more fuel (with a tune of course) More fuel = more power. But if you are going to stop at CAI/Tune the racer is not going to reach its full potential, u would be better off with the street. Now if you are going to go bolt on crazy or feed some nitrous, well then the racer would be a better choice.
