Toyo Proxes 4 tires
 

A few quick questions.

1- Anyone running these tires on your Mustang GT? I am in the market for new shoes, and was looking for your opinions.

2- Can the SCT recalibrate for a slightly different tires size from the factory 235/55ZR17s?

messgage droptop6, he has a set of 18" polished bullits with toyo proxie tires on them,they were on his car for no more then 600miles, andhe only wants 400!!!!. the rims do have to be re-polished but they are worth every cent. if i had the funds i would get em but i needed my xcal first. and yes you can set tire size in the xcalII

i just bought a set of proxes a couple of weeks ago - they're wrapped around axis 19" rims. i can definitely tell you that the positive reviews i read were all true. especially compared to the stock tires, i notice a big difference - they feel rather sticky to me, and have great grip. no complaints here!

I am currently runnning 255/35/20 front and 295/30/20 rear. They have been great in this low profile size.I could only expect them to be better in a more performance type size like that 255/55/17.

Me too... running the same size... and I LOVE the Toyo Proxes... no complaints here at all.

Love your car JAY. Im running the same size 20's. Love the 295 rears and depending where you live, the M+S (mud and snow) raring for these performance tires come in really handy.

Thanks Mellowyellow! Your's aint too shabby either;)!!!......yeah the car handles a billion times better around corners than the stock 235's...no question about it.

i have to admit that i never really expected to notice such a big difference before i put the toyos on - i was very pleasantly surprised :D

Proxes S/T on mine : ) Very VERY VERY happy with them.

Toyo 800 Ultras on my Saturn first - LOVED THEM!
Proxes TPT's on my saturn now - not a fan. No traction in water.
Then I bought the S/Ts for my Mustang and I love toyo again.
