Default best street racing tire pressure

any suggestions on a good PSI for street racing? just got my car back from jiffy lube and they put 36 PSI in my tires, feels weird. thanks

32 isperfect to me. I picked the car up and 2 days later my system went off and sure enough I checked the tires and had only 28lbs in the tires, HOT. I filled them to 32 two weeks ago and couldn't be happier, they feel great.

i got my 13.4 in the 1/4 mile STOCK with my rears at 20psi, my fronts at 40psi.

Suggestion: do your racing at the track.

That way you get a time slip and no possibility of a ticket that will cost you lots of money.

Ijust got a 600 dollar radar detector, but i am smart about when to go WOT and when not to. sounds like 32 is my best option, and why do the front tires need more pressure?

AT THE TRACK, airing up your front tires just below their maximum inflation (as stated on the sidewall) will create less rolling resistance to improve your ET.

Ok, its a TRACK thing, ^ Ya ill install a roush spoiler by drilling into the side of my car several times but i cant work up the courage to change my own oil.
