'08 GT Factory Stripe Option
Saw an '08 GT convertible last night with factory applied stripes on the hood and rear deck. It was Candy Apple Red with a black top. The stripes were black. The option was $395 on the factory window sticker.
I've never closely looked at a GT500 or Shelby GT so don't know if they're the same or not but I've got to say that I wasn't impressed. They had no small border stripe and their application just didn't seem professional.
To my eye there wasn't all that much difference between CAR and Redfire with the former being a "brighter" hue than the latter.
