Default Lowering a GT/CS?

I'm thinking of lowering my 2007 GT/CS but I'm a little concerned about thechin spoilerof the CS since it sits 1.5" lower than a standard GT. Who has lowered their CS and which lowering kit did you use? Did you lower the rear only or all around? I'd like to see pics of your lowered CS's. Thanks in advance!

The GT/CS is actually the same ride height as a GT. Only the chin spoiler is 1.5" lower than a GT's.

Only lower the rear (Roush or FRPP rear coils)

If you end up doing this, please post some pictures, stories, etc. about it. I've thought of doing the same thing.

I don't think that you will have any problem with the front fascia being lower. Go with the Eibach Pro Kit. It only drops the car about 1.5". The Shelby Gt's have the same front fascia and come lowerd about 1.5 inches from the factory. They use the Ford Racing Performance which will give you close to the same drop as the Eibach Pro Kit (Eibach is probably the OEM for Ford). Talk to a Shelby GT owner, but I have not seen any complains on this board about the car.

I would stay away from the sportline, h&R, or some of the other, more aggressive drops.

"GT" plus "Ford Racing" equals "Shelby GT"
Shelby Automobiles, based in Las Vegas, begins with a stock Mustang GT and adds a Ford Racing Power Pack and Handling Pack to each car. The Power Pack consists of a 90-millimeter cold-air intake, reworked engine calibration, upgraded exhaust flow (via a new X-pipe) and a shorter rear axle ratio (3.55 versus the GT's 3.31). And while the rental GT-H comes in automatic form only, the Shelby GT can be had with a slushbox or a five-speed manual transmission featuring a Hurst short-throw shifter.

The Handling Pack consists of shorter springs, stiffer dampers and an upgraded front antiroll bar. The shorter springs drop the car 1.5 inches, which is unfortunate in the sense that it makes seeing these upgraded parts — all of them painted a shimmering shade of Ford Blue — even harder to see unless you have access to a vehicle lift. A front strut-tower brace and P235/55ZR18 tires complete the Shelby GT's handling upgrades.

Before we need a master degree to figure this crap out, I took a pic for ya all,of my car being over a conventional (5 1/4 that particular one) concrete stopper.

So, here's your CS with 20' rims and the FRPP lowering springs. It'll clear in most applications but make a habbit not to pull all the way foward.
No get some cash and drop the damn thing, you won't regret it.

The car will then, set appart from an F150!
