The lawsuit is based on a guy saying he brought the my color technology to the 3 main U.S manufacturers years ago. He said they told him they didn't want it and now Ford is using it on the Mustang. He is sueing them because he said he has the patent on the technology. It goes to court on the 28th like Lubricant said and I sure they will resolve it as soon as they can. This is why though the cars ordered with IUP are on hold, not because of some robot that is broken. Another dealer fed me that BS and that is why I bought mine elsewhere.

Its not Ford's fault. I hope the sue the **** out of this person who brought this fraudulent suit against them and make him dimeless for life.. *** holding up our cars.... FOR NOTHING
Lost revenue for Ford is enough to sue for.. I hope they make this liar miserable.
And not for nothing, I dont think you can patent something like this..
