Saleen 475hp kit installed.
Just got my car back from Galpin Autosports (GAS, they now do "Pimp My Ride", but I don't hold that against them ).
Of course once I got it I realized it started to rain. Oh crap, the first time it has rained since I've had her and it had to be the day that I got my car back! [:@]
Forgive the picture quality on some of these, they were taken with hardly any light since it got really dark out.
Well, I had the chance to play with it a bit on the freeway, nothing too major and it seemed to pull much nicer than stock
Took it home, and on Santa Susana pass tried out a start from 15mph. Holy cr*p! The front end of the car pitches up. Very nice! Didn't get on it very much at all, but I liked it. Everything felt very stock, smooth and didn't feel like parts were about to rattle off of my car (a concern I always have when someone messes with my car).
Decided to baby it (but liked what I felt thus far). Will dyno it to make sure its making the sort of power it should be, and then decide on when to get it tuned.
Took a few photos. Here is my baby in the rain for the first time ever. I plan on keeping the exterior fairly stock, except for getting better tires and 18" wheels in the future. I prefer the sleeper look!
And what you guys are really waiting for, pictures of the supercharger itself:
Boy, Saleen sure loves putting their name on everything huh?

RE: Saleen 475hp kit installed.
They charged me $800 for install. A bit pricey compared to what some are paying, but they were convenient and they do quality work. They are also a Saleen dealership, so I can have warrantee related work done there.
I'm pretty happy with it... so far . I'll let you guys know if that changes to a [:@]

Thanks, I thought the price was decent for a dealership affiliated shop
I was also surprised by how quick my wife agreed to get a blower for the car, I think she likes it almost as much as I do. Secretly of course
