I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly in the owners manual it says something about if you have the option turned on that keeps the interior light on and radio on when the key is removed, then the window down option will not work. You have to disable those options for the window down option to work.

Once again, I could be wrong. Bottom line, break out the owners manual, it's all in there





Update... Apparently I am wrong. Just tested mine, works fine. You have to hit the unlock button to deactivate the alarm and unlock the drivers side door, then hold the unlock button for about 3 seconds and both windows roll down. Put the key in the door lock and turn it to the left and both windows roll back up.
