I like the colors andit certainly is different. Oddly enough, it reminds meof the oldSchwinn Stingray bicycles. They were a similar red with yellow decals.

You went after something tough girl... One has to respect that. Those rims have to go now. Chrome will work (at least 18'), hell even black like mine for contrast with the yellow.
As far as the stripes... With that colour, maybe some kind of ghost that you can see before your nose is on the car.
I don't know, try to photoshop something until it hits you.

Heres the thing... Its too mcdonalds for me. I know mcdonaldsis redand yellow, not this exact combo, but the important fact is what people will associate it with, and thats mcdonalds.

I honestly like it, but it will definately be ruined by the association people will make subconsciously.

I like the combo. Of course, being in the Baltimore Washington area, I thought of the Redskins. You do need to do something with the wheels.
