Steeda's CIA with SCT tune is C.A.R.B. legal in California. I believe it is C.A.R.B # D-597. Be sure to speak to Steeda directly and make sure whoever installs the CIAand tune knows that it isC.A.R.B. certified and attaches theC.A.R.B. stickerto it.
