Yeah, i read that and it didn't make any sense. It said it couldn't compete with a twin screw in the torque department and it's designed to allow manufacturers to downsize their engines for better fuel economy. The mustang doesn't exactly have a small engine.

I'm more of a fan of a two-stage bi-turbo setup, where one turbo is small, and the other is large. You get instant spool-up for huge low range torque, and massive airflow up high for more peak power.

This is old news, from 2006. The current status is:
Status [ul][*]Manufacturing partner in place for low volume manufacture[*]Sales underway to niche vehicle makers and US aftermarket distributors[*]Discussions on higher volume applications underway[/ul]From this site- http://www.antonov-transmission.com/supercharger.htm
I found some numbers here- http://www.motoring.co.za/index.php?fArticleId=3253753
It added only 57 horsepower, but took a full second off of its quarter mile time. My guess is it'll be expensive, and generally not worth the investment, unless you can crank up the boost and get a flat horsepower curve at 400 to 500 horsepower.
