First and foremost, i don't care about the legal limit of the tint. I've had everything from 35% (legal) to 5% (limo) on cars in the past, and never once have I had an issue with the police.

so, what would look best on my 05 mustang (black)? I am thinking completely blacked out (as i plan on doing blacked out tails and turns aswell eventually), but I'm not sure. I had 20% on my last car (01 VW Jetta), and it looked nice.

what do you guys think?

20 or sure.....35 wont be nearly enough once you get it on there.....hell i would go darker than 20 but the shop didnt want to do it.

I have limo, not sure what % that is. Its illegal, but cops haven't cared at all.

Then 5% is the way to go without a doubt

I never drive the car when its too cold to roll the windows down, so visibility isn't an issue and getting a tint ticket is pretty unlikely for me so I went with 5% for asthetics.
