Here is my friend's car. She got it last week after drooling over my stang for 6 months. Notice the lack of hood scoop. I guess this isn't standard for the GT/CS package in 08, but she would like one. Does anyone know where I can get a GT/CS style hood scoop pre-painted in dark candy apple red? .....or a Roush hood scoop in the same color? I haven't been able to find one.

Also, for those of you with ambient lighting, where is the switch or control for this. I asked her if she had it, and she said, well if I do, I don't know where to turn it on.

Does anyone else with an automatic stang have a rattle under the shifter? (that's where it sounded like it was coming from) I don't think it's a heat shield rattle. Sounds more like a plastic rattling.

Hood scoop is part of GT appearance package, not GT/CS specific, it's the same one available on all GTs.

You are right. The GT/CS scoop is the same as the one in the GT appearance package, but where can I get one in that color?

I am a little partial to my black stang also
