Storage unit for the furniture, garage both or a remote starter for the DD - either way garage the stang (& if the DD will be parked next to it, bringing fresh water each day invest in a dehumidifier)

I hated scraping ice up in Ohio where I grew up. Don't have that problem in Texas. I say garage the stang and leave the DD out. The remote start might be a good idea also.

Do what I do.. Garage the 'stang and get a remote starter.. After running for 20 minutes with the heater on full bore, the snow is all melted (no scraping) and it's NICE and toasty in there! The steering wheel isn't even cold anymore...

But I love this car so much I'm getting a second job for a few months so I can buy a cheap beater for the winter months... What have I done!!! and oh yea garage definetely the garage. I'll be out freezing my butt off scraping off thebeater at 1AM

Thanks for all the responses. The car cover sticking to paint is scary. I was really
hesitant to leave her out all winter anyways. We'll start off with the stang in the garage
and see how remote start works out with the heater on full blast to defrost the windows.
It's not the cold that bothered me, but the visibility. Thanks again!

Winter is here, It's snowing as I type this. Here's my dilema. My garage can only
hold 1 car. Just curious what you guys would do. I really want to garage the stang, but,
I know I'm going to hate scraping ice. I've never had to cover a car for winter before.
Will the coldcause any unnecessary wear on anything or should it be ok?So, do you..
1. Garage the Mustang for the Winter and leave the DD (Buick Park Ave)in the
driveway and haveto scrape snow/ice every moring
or
2. Keep the DD in the garage (free of snow/ice) and leave the Mustang in the
driveway with a good car cover.

Move to a warmer climate or get a house with a 2 car garage.....................

No, you're mistaken. It isn't winter yet. Winter comesHERE first at 10,000 feet. Here, it snows year round. We gauge winter on if it stays for longer than 3 days. Drive the stang.
