Customer Service: Bama vs Brentspeed
I ordered JLT CAI / SCT X3 combo from Bama. The SCT came programmed with the wrong tunes (93 race, perf, torque) but I need 91s. I tried emailing but no response (after a week). I tried calling but no one answers the phone. I know Doug may be busy but it sucks not getting any support.
I'm getting impatient and thinking of just buying tunes from Brentspeed. How are they with customer service?

Brenspeed normally answers my emails the same day.
Doug is great when you get a hold of him but sometimes it takes forever for him to get back to you. Just for the $$ I would stick it out with doug because you paid for the tunes already.

I have both, it takes Doug longer to respond to emails although I had my tune from him within a about 3 days(emailed). My experience with both has been good. That being said I buy mostly from brenspeed and direct most of my tech questions to them.

I can't speak for bama, but I can do nothing but praise brenspeed. Great service, resonable prices, free shipping on most everything. Like I said, nothing but praise for him.
