Yeah, some areas might be sticklers for that. But Here in Atlanta they don't really care that much. The only thing I see people get pulled for (I've been pulled for this too) is having bright Blue or Red lights.

I have emissions inspection. But it's pretty simple, they just check your pipes and you roll.
