Maybe that gap was supposed to be at the bottom, outta sight and rain water drain.

That gap is terrible. I would send the door back. It's not Ford's fault, it's the door manufacturer. SHR's doors fit perfect every time. It's not Ford. It's the part.

The eBay pedals are an auction, not a Buy it now price. Could end up higher, though I do wish I'd seen it so I could have placed a bid or 2[:@]

The fuel door... I'm going to play with the adjustments on it. There is nothing wrong with the door, all it needs to be is round, which it is! I am wondering if it isn't supposed to be flush with the body, but a little sunken in. I can change that so will let you know.
I still haven't seen any company offer these locking doors painted body color yet.

I like the pedals. That is on my list to get for the Mustang.

The locking door is a nice feature. Hopefully you can get the gap out. I just don't know how that black would look on mine.

Okay, I played with the cover for 1/2 an hour and I managed to close the gap a little but it's still not perfect. The reason is FORD! The factory holes were not drilled correctly. My stock gas cap cover had always not been flush anyway, so I'm not surprised. If I had a show car I'd just enlarge to holes so I could move the cover around and center it. No biggie!

Also got my door sill plate strips on today and love those!
I'd recommend these to anyone with the satin plate. It's a good match, easy to install. Use the little tweezers on a Swiss Army knife to start peeling back the tape cover.

Yes, it isn't totally flat, you can't tell because the paint is flat.
There are 4 holes it's mounted into. Check yours out. 2 of the holes will have rubber stops. I bet Ford never thought we'd be using them for munting a cover so they weren't too precise with the placement.

+1 on the ebay

got mine for 38 bux

what I did, was used a hair dryer, then they just stretched right over, no prying with a screwdriver or anything. Those pedals from ebay actually have a ford part on them which is pretty interesting.
