The c6 Grill will fit a GT or V6. The cs6 grill mounts over the gt or v6 oem grill. The install instructions say to cut the centerout of the stock gill and then mount the grill to your oem grill. The oem grill then mounts to the bumper as it did before I have the grill on my gt currently but don't have any pictures handy. Also to get the lights to fit/work you have to splice in to the exisiting harness and fabricate a bracket. I will look for the instructions and post them [if I find them]

I do like the bumper on that CS6, and the grille but not those dinky little lights.[:'(]
Looks like they come from Auto Zone.
