If you plan to lower your car (or it is already), then buy adjustable LCA's (and a relocation bracket). My car has the stock springs, so I went withnonadjustable LCA's made by Evolution Performance (billet aluminum and have grease fittings) and a BMR adjustable UCA. The BMR piece is SOLID, so you wouldn't go wrong with BMR's top & bottom.

No need for adjustable lowers unless you're building a race car. Just get BMR tubular LCA's with poly bushings and relocation brackets if you're going to lower or change driveshafts. An adjustable upper with poly bushings would be good though.

BMR's are great. +1 on adjustable if you are going to lower with a one peice driveshaft.

Take a look at Spohn. They are of good quality and not that expensive.

F1Fan suggests Steeda, while CrazyAl prefers BMR ..
They are the best members suspension wise, but you got to decide which way to go.

CrazyAl: https://mustangforums.com/fb.asp?m=1700694

These are the most helpful threads about suspension on the forum, hope this helps.
