Default Roush Louvers

Does anyone else have problems seeing through their Roush 1/4 window louvers? I have had mine on for a over a month and I can't seem to get used to them. I didn't think they would be this bad, but backing up is nightmare, I'm just praying no one is behind me. I am thinking of just taking them off, I didn't install the louvers somy question isare the tabs that hold them on via the 3M tapeonly stuck to the glass or is it stuck directly to the paint?

shame on you for not installing yourself, anyways, its only held on by tape and comes off easy. I'll never take mine off, they are so bad*ss.

i hear ya on the safety issue.....i
use my 1/4's a lot, that's why i can't
risk covering them...

i think the solution might be the saleen
1/4 trim pieces....they look nice and still
let you see out...

when I got mine I didn't know they had the holes for sight. With the holes I can see fine when I am backing up, just floor it when your changing lanes and you will not have a problem

I unscrewed the drivers side and can see their is plenty of 3M tape holding the brackets on. Looked liked there were some marks on the paint from the where the louvers sit up against it, going to take some buffing to get those out. I ended up putting them back on for now, I'll decide in spring what to do with them it's almost time to park the car for winter.

Over a year and no prob what so ever. Just think jhw you would feel if you had the window completly blacked out like with a scoop....My guess is you just have not had them long enough..

Tape to glass- bracket to tape- louver to bracket. nothing is to the paint.

I just installed mine not too long ago.. and so far no problem.. There is still enough of a space where you can see an object there if it is in your way. BTW I love those Roush Louvers, dont take them off

Do you have a pic of your car with them on? I'd love to see a redfire with them.....when I get louvers those are the ones I was really leaning toward getting.
